The matter of fact is simple.
Waste is generated when humans consume , the more humans consume the more waste is generated.
To clean the waste , you need workers to clean it.
It would have easy but Indian municipal don't way there cleaning workers well and that's because they barely get any fund from state which in turn happens because centre itself rarely has any revenue.
Revenue comes from taxing rich people , the tax income generated will go to public services which includes city cleaning and maintenance.
You can educate Indians all the time , but even then you will have issue of waste.
it's not an average person problem , it's a centre problem
It's a government issue.
Rally the government to clean the cities, rivers and everything you want to be clean.
