Yes upto moderation. Don't eat it from the local redi wala outside your gym, what they sell is not even soya, that's like 60-70% maida

Why do you want to compare, do you plan on completing the protein requirement with only one of these? You should add all three including eggs too in your weekly diet, it's always better to get protein from multiple sources of different whole foods as that complete the requirements of most of macronutrients.
You can add chicken 2-3 times a week if you don't like it.

If I eat a slop of:
[Black Chana + Toor Dal + Soya Chunks + Kidney Beans + 2 Tsp Desi Ghee + 2 Tsp Salt]
50 g each boiled in water 2 times a day and
2 bananas + 3 oranges
one time a day
would that be suffiecient for my daily nutritional requirements ?
What else can I add easily to make this slop better ? Should I throw in 1Tsp Turmeric powder as well ? Do I really need to add chillies or black pepper for nutrition ?
