They will reach the population equilibrium sooner or later. The better ways to deal with it are increasing retirement age, promoting health awareness to ensure a healthy old age demographic, focusing on automation like japan or only allowing foreign workers on a temporary visa like the gulf does and not allowing them to obtain citizenship.
